40. Are You Better Than You Were A Year Ago?

In today’s episode, we’re taking some time to reflect on the past 365 days, as well as looking ahead to where we want to be this time next year. I’m challenging you to think about all areas of your life and take a few minutes to look for improvements you made in each category. Even if you didn’t quite reach your goals or resolutions for 2023, all improvement counts towards becoming the best version of yourself!
