43. Your Scale is Lying to You

You’ve started your weight-loss journey, and you’re doing all the right things - exercising, eating well-balanced meals, and getting more sleep. You’re excited to finally see the fruits of your labor, so you step on the scale, but... something's wrong. The scale went up!! How could this be?! You’ve worked so hard and for nothing!
